Aeon Flux

Grace watched her first movie with me today (Aeon Flux). She followed pretty well and watched most of it. I was proud at first, but I'm not so sure anymore how I should feel about it.

Found this a few days ago looking for toys to add to Grace's Wish List for Christmas. I don't feel so bad for buying the things I do for her any more.

Racking in Madison

Our first day raking in Madison. She was such a good helper - at spreading out the piles. :P

"Yellow" not "Yeyow" :(

It was a sad day for Sean. Grace actually said "yellow" vice "yeyow." He loves "yeyow."

Weaned!

It's official, we're weaned! And the bike trailer is fixed! Awesome.

Our second day in our new ward and her first day in nursery. I thought I would have to stay there the entire time. But when snack time came around she was doing well so I asked if I could go and she nodded her head yes! I underestimate her (a saying that Sean always says about her). What a big girl.

She asked about Patty (her babysitter, former). It made me sad.

Oh $@!#

I'm such a bad role model. We always thought it the baby would learn bad words from me out of the two of us (Sean and I). With stress at work and things going on in my life I've been using them quite frequently.

Well, I was in another pissy mood and couldn't find something and said "sh!t". And lo and behold, Grace repeated it.

This morning, when I called home to see how things were doing, Sean had told me that when he picked up Grace the first time that the first words out of her mouth were "Momma, Momma." It makes me feel so special and loved!

Kung Fu Panda

Watched Kung Fu Panda today. Pretty cute (and funny) movie. I think everyone enjoyed it.
