Sean had told me about an article that he had read while at his doctor’s office. It said to write down three things that you were grateful for that had happened that day at the end of each day. Supposedly, if you do this it will help you with sleeping better, loosing weight, being a happier person, and other great things.

Today two of my three deal with Grace: 1. The sound of Sean and Grace playing with each other. And 2. The sound of Grace sleeping peacefully (she snores sometimes, it’s so precious).
